Hehe^^
Open Nautilus/Marlin/what ever and go to your home dir. In Nautilus - for exemple - press Ctrl + L, write ~ and press enter. Or just click on your name on the left sidebar. Now open the .zip and copy the .config dir in your dir ...

The files dock.theme and hover.theme in ~/.config/plank/theme/ will be replaced and thats it :)

Hope that helps a little bit ...
