Plank Theme - Panel by froggaz Plank Theme - Panel by froggaz
Another Plank theme ... panels ftw^^

Tip: [link]

Update Feb 2013:
Won't work again. But you could do it like you used to and read why your panel won't change (and how to fix this): [link]

Decemter 2012:
It won't work anymore. You should use the dock.theme here ([link] and read this ([link] comment :)

Hey, this theme in particularly isn't working anymore.

But to get permissions to copy files outside your /home directory, you have to use sudo.

sudo cp /source /dest

An awesome theme, well unfortunatly it dosen't work or you you have to change the .theme each time you open an app... I decide to create a 100% clear theme and put the panel bar on the wallpaper.

It seems that it's working now with the new "Tweaks" plug for switchboard. You can set dock align to center and then it's working ;-)

Works like a boss for me... and I'm glad elementary OS' text editor shows the changes instantly. Just play with HorizPadding as Froggaz said

Following this same plank theme issues, I was thinking the old theme might be cached and needed clearing.

Hmm ... would be a little annoying to use an actual Plank build as a panel. When you say "Please be larger than my screen(s)", it will stuck on the left.

Actualy, that (-> [link] ) would work for the defoult ammount of icons and a 1090px wide screen.

If you have less/more Icons or a smaller/larger resolution, edit the value of "HorizPadding" on line 22. It works, but it's a little bit annoying^^

I'll update the other themes these days.

Hehe^^
Open Nautilus/Marlin/what ever and go to your home dir. In Nautilus - for exemple - press Ctrl + L, write ~ and press enter. Or just click on your name on the left sidebar. Now open the .zip and copy the .config dir in your dir ...

The files dock.theme and hover.theme in ~/.config/plank/theme/ will be replaced and thats it :)

Hope that helps a little bit ...

All my planks themes are installed in /usr/share/plank/themes. Putting the files there doesn't work. It comes back to the default theme.
